  • What is a Contact?


    A contact is someone you interacted with (received or sent at least one message) and got information from through any of the channels integrated in Helloumi. It doesn’t matter how many times you talk to him/her, it still count as 1. If you don’t get any information from that contact (email, number, Facebook ID, etc.), we won’t count it as one!

  • How do I switch from free to paid user?


    You’ll switch from a free to a paying account once you overcome 100 contacts in less than 30 days. You’ll be prompted to introduce your billing information and then move to the next pricing section: $50 for up to 1.000 contacts. Everytime you reach the maximum number of contacts from a section, you’ll enter the following one and your pricing will be automatically updated.

  • Can I just stick to the free plan?


    You can always refuse paying and wait until next month so your contact count goes down to 0, but you’ll only be able to talk to those 100 first contacts.

  • Can I integrate as many channels as I need?


    Sure! You can integrate as many channels as you want with no limitation. Do you feel like managing 20 Messengers and 15 WhatsApp numbers? Go for it: we offer free, unlimited channels on every plan (1 free WhatsApp channel per account).

  • What's up with WhatsApp?


    You can add as many WhatsApps as you need, but only the first one is included in the pricing. Additional WhatsApp numbers cost $10 per number per month.

  • What’s included in my free plan?


    Pretty much everything! The platform is the same, whether you are a 1 contact or 1 million! You’ll benefit from multi-agent and multi-channel integration, automated ticketing, chatbot creator, payment gateway integration… everything!

  • What payment methods do you accept?


    We accept any type of Debit or Credit Card. If you want to use a different payment method, ask our team: we’re flexible!

  • How do you charge for custom developments and integrations?


    If you want to integrate a business system (like Salesforce or Zendesk), build a chatbot based on NPL or get Giphy inside of Helloumi, ask our team and we’ll advise you and provide a specific budget for your business.

What do you mean with “Contacts”?

You can register your Trial account in Helloumi by clicking on “Free trial”. Then, follow the simple steps to setup your trial account by completing fields like name and email. Once the registration is completed, you’ll be prompted to add your first channel and start enjoying your communications!

What happens after my free trial ends?

By the end of your trial, you will be notified in-app with a Subscription page. There, pricing will be displayed showing the different membership options available and you’ll have to choose a plan to continue using Helloumi.

What’s included in my trial plan?

Everything! During the trial period, you will have full access to every feature on the platform. You will also be able to integrate up to one channel of each type (WhatsApp, Facebook and Telegram). Great, uh?

Can I change my plan later?

Sure! You can pick any other plan at any time, but keep in mind that if the pricing of the plan you want to switch to is lower than your current one, you’ll be charged for the higher plan the month you do the change. In case of an annual subscription, no downgrades are allowed since the whole-year charge has already been made. If you upgrade your yearly plan, you will be proportionally charged for the months left to complete the year.

Do you have any money-back guarantee?

That’s right! We feel so confident about our platform that you have a 30-day money-back warranty, no questions asked! We believe in the power of Helloumi, but understand that there might me some users who find out it isn’t what they expected so, during the first membership month, they just have to tell our team they want their money back. :(
